Unstoppable Momentum™ is what happens when you know how to thrive (not just survive) in a rapidly changing world that never slows down.

How?

By fostering emotional intelligence, a Momentum Mindset™, and purposeful, intentional action through a transformative framework with three powerful steps:

Stop Shift Reframe

It’s knowing when to give yourself the grace to STOP, when to SHIFT your mindset to grit up, not give up, and when to lean into your growth and have the confidence to REFRAME your change and challenges so you can take the next best action forward.

Unstoppable Momentum™ is equipping yourself with a more sustainable resilience and adaptability so you can use any change or challenge as a catalyst to not just bounce back, but bounce forward, becoming stronger and better than ever.

Unstoppable
MomentumTM

Unstoppable Momentum™ looks different for everyone. This is what it looked like for me.

There's a reason the Unstoppable Momentum™ Framework starts with STOP. Because there's power in the pause.

The STOP doesn’t come naturally to me, not like grit does. I was the first in my family to graduate college (despite my guidance counselor telling me I wasn’t “college material”). Then went on to graduate at the top of my law school class, work at a large law firm and then in local and state government. And founded a successful PR and Public Affairs business in a male-dominated market, and I've never (ever) shied away from hard work and challenges.

But when I was diagnosed with breast cancer at just 30 years old while in the midst of planning my son’s 2-year-old birthday party, I didn't just need grit.

I needed the
grace to STOP.

Kim- You are allowed... to be sad, to feel helpless, to be tired, to be depressed, to be lonely, to feel like no one can relate, to wish this never happened to you- or to others, to feel "behind," to wonder "what if?" to long for simple things, and simple times... to wish for more- But on the flip side...
You are allowed... to feel lucky, to feel blessed, to feel loved, to be surrounded by people who care, to feel nurtured, to be inspired, to feel "chosen" to be motivated, to be filled with faith, to do what you CAN, to learn to ask for help, to Make a DIFFERENCE! which side of the care are you on today....you're allowed!

I just didn't know it. Not until my friend Patti gave me a handwritten card, where she had written...

You are allowed

in big, bold letters at the top.

Patti’s card encouraged me to give myself the permission and grace to feel what I needed to feel and allow others to do the same.

It changed my life.
And it changed my work.

I overcame cancer (and many other challenges)...

...and began empowering audiences throughout the world.

I became obsessed with the research on navigating change, emotional intelligence, and positive psychology. The more I researched, the more I discovered the critical importance of combining grace with grit to overcome adversity and keep growing, no matter what changes or challenges come.

I shared my research and tools, including the “You Are Allowed” card, with my clients in my keynotes, training, coaching, and consulting, and I saw incredible transformation in their leaders, teams, and culture.

When they combined the grace to STOP with the grit to SHIFT their mindset and chose to REFRAME CHANGE and CHALLENGE and keep growing, they built a renewed, sustainable resilience, let go of limiting beliefs, and turned obstacles into opportunities.

They Ignited
Unstoppable
Momentum™.

And so did I. Because I’m not just a cancer survivor. I’m a life thriver. My challenges didn’t stop when I overcame cancer.

I’ve had to keep growing my Unstoppable Momentum™ as I navigated divorce, remarrying a widower with 2 kids, blending while mending as a family of 5, caregiving for aging parents, founding and running 2 businesses, experiencing many failures along the way, and all the other challenges and transitions of life - at work and at home.

JUST. LIKE. YOU. (Because you also face dozens of challenges and changes every single day!)

I developed the Unstoppable Momentum™ Framework to empower leaders, teams, and organizations with a proven research-backed model for transforming their change, uncertainty, and challenges into rocket fuel for bouncing forward no matter what.

Because when they do, they are less overwhelmed, more engaged, more innovative, more productive, more connected, more joyful, more fulfilled, and more of all the good things we all want.

It’s why I do what I do. I want to inspire others to have the motivation, mindset, and tools to reframe change and challenge and redefine resilience, so they can adapt, evolve, and thrive.

I’m on a mission to change the way people, teams, and organizations
think about change and resilience.

Because in this constantly evolving world we live in, adaptability is key to survival—and your ability to stand strong through challenges and uncertainty is what empowers you to bounce forward stronger and better, ready for the next change or challenge.

Each of us absolutely already has what it takes to rock change, boost resilience, and accelerate success…sometimes we just need help igniting our Unstoppable Momentum™.

So how can I help ignite yours?
